To provide this service, we utilize a third-party AI image processing service called Fashn AI. When you upload images to Velra, we transmit those images to Fashn AI's servers for processing. Please note:

• We only share your images with Fashn AI for the specific purpose of generating the virtual try-on results.
• We have contractual arrangements with Fashn AI that prohibit them from retaining, using, or disclosing your images for any purpose other than providing their service to us.
• After processing, the images are transmitted back to your device, and the virtual try-on results are displayed to you.
• While we take measures to ensure the secure transmission of your images, please be aware that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Data Storage and Retention

Here's how we handle the storage and retention of your data:

• Account Information: We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your account information within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain it.
• Images: The images you upload are primarily processed and stored on your device. For processing purposes, they are temporarily transmitted to Fashn AI's servers. The images are not permanently stored on our servers, except as necessary to provide the service (such as temporary caching). Generated virtual try-on results are stored on your device and can be deleted by you at any time.
• Usage Data: We retain usage data for a reasonable period of time for analytical purposes to help us improve the App. This data is aggregated and anonymized whenever possible.
